I wish I knew about these mounting brackets at standandmounts. I thought TV wall mount systems were just for flat screens but even CRTs can be mounted. I’d figure CRTs being as heavy as they are wouldn’t do well with such a thing but yes, yes they can be mounted. Seems like a lot of work though – that and I plan on eventually going flat screen anyway. dfhdyhturiririri Copyright DS of RL: Teh Bleh and Other Mundanities hotaruchan-darksaturn7.blogspot.com
I've never been a big smoker. It's not that I don't like smoking or am tripped up over heath things, it's more I just have less of an urge to legal or otherwise. But when I do smoke I tend to enjoy things of the unusual. Smoking pipes? Sure. Hand rolling a cigarette? Why not. Fruit flavored smokes? Yes please. Cigars are a rarity where I live (unless you mean blunts or swisher sweets - which are entirely different). But cigars are a rarity for me. Maybe it's their connotations as something stuffy, ritz...
I'm rather picky about my virus scanners. After getting a particularly nasty virus on my old laptop and the hours of fun (read: damned frustrating) trying to remove said virus, I learned that not all scanners are equal. In this I also got a tad hardcore on spyware too. That crap is just as annoying popping up really annoying things. In fact during that terrible infestation some spyware posed as my virus scanner!? Over time I found this antispyware from Iolo.com. It was great to run while I had to fix up...
I am no stranger to using storage facilities. Sometimes you have to simply stow things away in other places - especially when where you live is too small, or too unpleasant to keep your stuff at. And yes, I had to at one point move my things to a new local. But moving things around is not cheap nor convenient. I am not a driver - I have a driver's license but not a a car nor have I driven in years. So renting a vehicle is problematic. I could bribe a person to spare their vehicle and time to move thing...

It’s that time again – out of state travel time! Family near and dear to both me and the guy is getting married (well, they were married years ago but are finally able to do the official party, dress, event part of it) this weekend. Being that they all live a few states away, this is also a out of state trip! But we are not taking his okay little car. I mean his car is ok but why risk damage to it and being stuck – when you could just rent a car instead? So we plan on heading out and getting that square...
I've these gadgets before. They are like having an electronic conductor at your fingertips. The want to buy ableton push is a tad tempting. I mean, you can take pre made beats, sounds, music, whatever and chop it up and loop it into new patterns and loops effectively making something new. I've seen many indie acts starting to get into using it - I just can't see my neighbors wanting to hear my experiments! dfhdyhturiririri Copyright DS of RL: Teh Bleh and Other Mundanities hotaruchan-darksaturn7.blogs...
I've never been too fond of steel toed shoes. It seemed despite moving my feet around carefully in my shoes that the steel part would still sit uncomfortable along my toes. Add on the fear that something heavy could land on said metal part of boot and bam destroy my toes and you can then understand my aversion to steel toes. But there are steel toe shoes for women coming out now. The shoes I had before (this was years ago) were generic men's boots in the smallest size that felt awkward due to the fact I...
I have a not so secret thing for loud music. Especially guitars. Especially guitars with big powerful amps. Blame my sorta college punk days. Seeing a dude or dudette rocking out with a guitar connected to one of those best marshall amps just rocks the room (and my socks). Too bad I'm not so great at the guitar myself - nor would the people living near me would like it too much. I'd get my Uncle an amp but as he just downsized from a house to an apartment himself that's also out of the question. Bummer. ...
US silver coins... The glittery things sit on that web page just calling to me. Now note. I don't collect coins. I find it well silly. That and I'd rather use the cash to like pay for things. But my guy does collect them off and on. So being the considerate SO I am, when I saw these coins, I had to jump on them. Mind you his birthday passed a month ago and Valentine's a few days ago, but why not? It'll be his belated Birthvalenday goft or something. dfhdyhturiririri Copyright DS of RL: Teh Bleh and Oth...
