Hey all, I have come up with a regimen that has been very helpful so far. Here it is: Shampoo 2X a month (with both sulfate-free and non sulfate-free shampoo) Cowash weekly DC weekly Spray hair with "spritz" solution every night and seal that in with a small amount of coconut oil What's in my spritz solution?
