I get so frustrated when I see people on health sites asking 'how much should I eat?" or "What portion size should I eat?" Really? You need me or anyone else to tell you how much to eat? I made a 1 mile run Sunday. A very slow one mile run, but I did it! and I havent' gone back to do a repeat. I am once again becoming a professional self saboteur.
