I asked my husband to write the reverse list instead, you know “Ten Things Wives Should Do”; he said ‘no’. He’s [...] read more »

Since this cleanser, the Es... read more »

Today on Design by color: Pink is certainly one powerful color. It can be soft, pale, strong, flirty and many more. Pink is a girly, feminine color and I love that Pink can also give a classic, polished, clean look. Pale pink or baby pink is no longer linked to " it's a girl" only, when added to a bedroom it can give quite the sophisticated look. I decided to go with a bedroom today and I love this one. This is what Edith Piaf meant when she sang La vie en rose Here is the collage without further delay:)!... read more »

Would that my kitchen counters were blank and my computer screen was not. Or my mind, for that matter. Well, it's not exactly blank, just cluttered with stuff that's not particularly useful. Not unlike the kitchen counter, which at the moment holds all the usual suspects, as well as an extra dishtub, an empty vinegar bottle, and the tail ends of two-liters from a party for my husband's students yesterday, among other things. My mind feels similarly cluttered, a confusing jumble of to-do lists, threads of ... read more »
Hi Lovelies! I promise I actually did this mani last week when it was time; I just haven't gotten around to posting it 'til now!So this (well last, lol) week's challenge was for a bow mani. Bows! That could be almost anything! Hairbows, bowtie, rainbows... etc. I knew I'd be able to draw bows on my left hand nails with my right hand, but I was really doubting my left hand skills to do my right hand nails lol. Soooo I went to my ever faithful stamp book to see if I had any bow stamps!I was in luck! Yay! S... read more »
When one of the Unit Managers' on the floor announced that there will be a Fund Run and that the first 300 registrants will be for free, I did not think twice about it. I took advantage of it and signed up at the drop of a hat. When I learned that it was not just Convergys wide, that got me into thinking that perhaps I will not be as lucky. When I started working as a call center agent, my active life as a stay at home of seven went sedentary. For seven and a half hours, five days a week, I sit in front... read more »
