God had tapped my hubby's back quite hard last week. He got himself in peril and just the thought of what happened that day scared the hell out of me. On the bright side, I know he already learned his lesson the hard way.I thought I could say to him "serves you right" since he was too stubborn to listen to me but no, I didn't.. I couldn't. I know how he feels and I can feel that he was still in shock, scared. He's a big man but as his wife, I can always see the child in him that no one else does. And as ... read more »

Anecdotal evidence since then suggests no decline in this level of ... read more »

The Best Actress race is one of the few categories that could go in one direction or another. It obviouslt has come down to Viola Davis or Meryl Streep. After Streeps' Golden Globe win it looked as though she could get the Oscar, but then Davis won the SAG. SAG is a much better Best Actress indicator than The Globes.Glenn Close, Albert Nobbs-She has been in the mix all year. Albert Nobbs was not a very good film, but any time an actor portrays the opposite sex they seem to get a nomination.Viola Davis, T... read more »
