Hi. 17 days left to fly back to my homeland....Mean while I have been so busy in the cold. Here some snowy sights of the town i live in.
Yellow buildings among the snow are like sun shine. Pastel yellow and pastel blue are cheerful but gentle best friends. I imagine baby room.

Here's something so simple, inexpensive and great anytime. Mis en place (serves about 6 or more) Italian sausage mild or spicy red bell peppers yellow onion whole peeled garlic kosher salt cracked black pepper olive oil crusty bread such as a baguette. In a saute pan place sausage and some cold water, set heat to medium high. Bring water to under a boil.
