I was so taken with YT 'make-up gurus 'as they are called (probably self-proclaimed barring a genuine few, who knows, blah blah yadda yadda!!), who used a nifty little white liner to line the waterline! At first I did not really know what was that for..trying to look like one of those Anime characters? Complete with fake fluttering lashes and a hyper wide-eyed look!
