Something strange is going on...I look in the mirror today and I like what I see.I don't know if this is because something has changed, or because my views have changed. I'm trying to strike a truce with my body. It has been feeling a lot better lately from doing yoga every day. I feel stronger, mentally more "with it," my muscles are getting toned, I'm getting more flexible even in just very small ways, and it's been really good. But today I feel like I've been run over by a truck.
