Gotta have one Last spring I discovered a small 1" horizontal split in my rubber Northerner boots. Now I love my Northerners and was totally mystified by this split. It was on the heel in the very back about 2" up from the ground just below the tab. This tab BTW I always figured was for using to help push off the boot with your other foot-worked for me.
