Oh my goodness, we have been eating zucchini bread over the last couple of days and I consider ourselves to be very lucky people. So, we survived yet another weekend in the heat, because we swam all weekend and stayed cool. We cooked out and actually ate out, too. MenuBrats on the grill, mac n cheese, baked beans, garden tomatoes, corn on the cob and apple cinnamon applesauce. Totally a summer meal and delish! My mouth is watering just typing it out.
