首先必須說明，我一點也不fit，也沒有什麼資格可以教人，只是想記錄一下減肥增肌的過程。基因不可以分降再裝嵌，但肌肉可以撕裂再重組。 由小學到中學都是胖子，到中學後期大學時代開始瘦下來，但也只是瘦而已，不是fit，是軟林林那種。當時的肥，不是那種明明奀挑鬼命卻嚷著自己很肥的肥，而是堅肥，會比同學笑那種。小朋友理應天真可愛，但有時都可以相當仆街殘忍。當時沒有什麼美醜的觀念，也不知是幸還是不幸，如果當年開始減肥健身，理應事半功倍，而且現在可以坐享其成，但起碼我的青少年時代也沒有太抑鬱太自尊心受損，也是好事吧。 其實減肥的原因也不外乎那幾個，最熱門的大概就是被拋棄後發奮圖強要證明自己活得比你好吧？我也試過被前度笑我跑步時肚腩上下晃動（淚）然後幾天後被飛的悲慘經歷，雖然這不是分手原因，我也相信言者無心，但崩口人忌崩口碗，我的確在分手後極度傷心的同時，開始努力跑步，跑啊跑…了一排就停了。報復心理有時很管用，但其實又不夠燃燒起你的小宇宙，成果當然也就在停止跑步後停止了。那大概是兩三年前的事，而我終於終於在去年3月左右開始（比較）認真地減肥了。 那到底是什麼令我終於的起心肝呢？其實是有很多原因的。首先是身邊有朋友在fa... read more »

Esta mañana, visitando el hospital comarcal de Sant Joan Despí -evidentemente no a título turístico y menos en domingo- pude ver el auténtico museo de pancartas de protesta, mesas de firmas y hasta tiendas de campaña que se extendían junto a la cafetería.
