Creative Living making a Vinaigrette dressing.

Discovered on Monday, May 21, 2012

So much to do and so very little motivation to do it today! Ever have one of those days? I've had "one" of those days for the past couple of weeks. Working on finding it, but... Curry Egg Salad Sandwich

Discovered on Sunday, May 13, 2012

Curry is a seriously under appreciated seasoning. While living in Ukraine, I learned many unconventional ways to incorporate curry into everyday recipes. One of my absolute favorite curry recipes is this curry egg salad. Ingredients: 3 hard-boiled eggs 2 tbsp miracle whip (or mayo) 3 green onions (chopped) 2 tsp curry pepper 1 leaf of [...] read more »

My friend who lives in NYC always jokes that all bad drivers in NYC are from New Jersey. And he said I'm one of them;((...I admit I still have hard time to do parallel parking in NYC. Yesterday I drove back from New Providence. It was a T street and I did not pay attention to the cars on my right, but saw the car coming to me on the left. I had to make a left.
