I love a quick meal, especially one that yields leftovers to keep me stocked in chicken legs for the month. This is my version of that old classic shake and bake. I was doing so good and then, after some fruit after dinner I was craving some chocolate. I was doing good and holding off, and I gave into the craving, and had a piece of chocolate. I am a firm believer that it's better to eat things in moderation and have a bit rather than trying to fight the craving and then going crazy and eating a ton.
