As adults, we more than often find ourselves the unfortunate subject of somesleeplessnights. We carelessly go over the inconvenience, without even realizing the lack of sleep is slowly grinding our grey matter until we end up feeling older than we should, with our memory seriously diminished, our faces carved by deepwrinkles and our eyes marked by ugly, dark circles. That's when we would do anything to revert the time, start fresh and make smarter choices about our lives. Too late, unfortunately!
