Hello Welcome to another episode of Meatless Monday! Today's blog post are Tofu and Vegetable patties. Ingredients: 1 Carrot, Grated Bunch of Spring Onions, Sliced 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed 3cm Piece of Ginger, Grated 400g Block of firm Tofu, drained and crumbled. 2 Eggs, lightly beaten How to make them: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Yesterday was a really good day: no rain, only sun and a little wind. Decided to put on my new skirt and combine it with white shirt, black short cardigan and new boots. I am so in love with this skirt! It's gonna be my the best piece of clothes for this spring season. Here in Dubai I have been enjoying Arabic and Indian/Pakistani food so much that I’ve almost forgotten what noodles taste like. Well of course I haven’t. I remember so fondly all the mees and la mians at the hawker centres all over. So the other day I decided to order prawn mee goreng at a nearby multi-cuisine restaurant. It was awful. I just finished this creation. It has a smooth and delicious pumpkin pie flavor.
