Back in March, I wrote a post about getting healthy. It is definitely a struggle for me, for years I have cycled through various fitness routines and gone through periods of eating very healthy only to stop doing so for a day and just let it all go because I ate a bunch of junk for a couple days or forgot to exercise for a day or two.
