I love a quick meal, especially one that yields leftovers to keep me stocked in chicken legs for the month. This is my version of that old classic shake and bake. All you do is toss the ingredients into a plastic bag, shake it up and then bake.You can of course use this recipe with any cut of chicken but the drumsticks are a really good value and they are very flavorful. Obesity is not a news for America, but the statistics are still astonishing: 35.7% of Americans were obese, based upon the 2010 statistics!!! By 2018, this number will be 47.5%: every two Americans, there will be one obese. And that does not even include overweight!! I think nobody gains weights for purposes. I went to a non-profit org award ceremony last night to support my team and it was great! They presented an award to me for my support and advisory role, which is really nice!
