Edie was my sister's Golden Retriever. She was 14 years old and she passed away quietly yesterday, Sunday 10.10.10 at home with all of us around her. She was much loved and will be missed terribly. She is now with her buddy, my pup Lena, who passed away not even four months ago. Here they are together in life and I know they are together again in heaven! Love you two! read more »
Well, it was that time, the time I know we all dread, time to let my Lena go. My heart is broken and I miss her so. My stepdaughter made a little goodbye poem for her below and I made an angel vial with a lock of her in it to keep her near me. I also added a stick, three pink hearts, her name and some glitter along with a large set of angel wings on the back.
