I've never posted about food before but I'm thinking maybe I should start. If there is one thing I love in this world, it's food. Maybe a little too much. My husband and I are trying to eat healthy but we still want delicious food. So, although I've never done it before, I've decided to try to take some favorites and make them low calorie/low fat. I was craving a meatball sandwich and figured that I could make it healthier without sacrificing taste. All you need to sprout your own beans and seeds are food grade seeds or beans, a glass jar scrupulously clean, a loosely woven cotton cloth and a source of water. How much easier could it get. You can get special bean sprouting devices or even jars with special plastic lids if you feel you need special equipment. read more »
