I've never posted about food before but I'm thinking maybe I should start. If there is one thing I love in this world, it's food. Maybe a little too much. I love it so much that if I had enough money and knew I would be successful business owner, I would drop out of the sciences and open up my own bakery. content discovered on Tuesday, June 26, 2012

My husband and I are trying to eat healthy but we still want delicious food. So, although I've never done it before, I've decided to try to take some favorites and make them low calorie/low fat. You can make a ton of the meatballs ... read more »

All you need to sprout your own beans and seeds are food grade seeds or beans, a glass jar scrupulously clean, a loosely woven cotton cloth and a source of water. How much easier could it get. If you are interested in reading about the esteem in which I hold pizza as a go to food, read my simple version comments. You cant beat a meatball recipe with 3 grams of fat. This is also quite a versatile recipe and can just as easily be spaghetti bolognaise. All you need to do is cook the onion until transparent, add the meats and brown. Obviously you would not include the egg. You can also use different pastas, [...] Post from: blog1Recipe: Lunguini and Meatballs (Sensational Version) read more »
