As promised, here is the third part of my hair routine series.Once I have washed and conditioned my hair, I use curl activators or gel to bring out my curls.My gel of choice is the EcoStyler Olive Oil Styling Gel extra hold. To prevent flakiness, I tend to mix this gel with some oil (usually my Doo-Gro) or some grease. Also, adding these to the gel keeps my hair from becoming too hard. Since I have a highly (I mean HIGHLY) developed palette and enjoy things like butter and sugar and even buttery sugar, I also love cheese with my fruit. Pineapple pizza. Strawberries and cheese sticks. Jelly and cream cheese sandwiches. Gorgeous green and tart Granny Smith apples with gooey melted Brie cheese in a crispy grilled pocket of goodness. You will probably not be surprised that I just tried to make my pasta salad and got to the last step before I realized that I had no Italian dressing. Ive tried homemade before and it was one of those kitchen experiments that end up in the compost pile: a little runny, a lot sour, and at the same time quite sugary in a granular sort-of-way.
