Can't believe 17 weeks have passed already - once you get in to the swing of this diet the time really really does fly! So week 18 starts tomorrow... I have also just calculated that it is 104 days until my holiday - YAY! That is actually slightly longer than I thought - would love to get another 4 stone off in that time! Entirely possible actually based on my loses so far - I am comfortably averaging above 4lb per week I think? 104 days is nearly 15 weeks, so may be able to lose more than that, however ... read more »
Today is Sumardagurinn Fyrsti, or, the first day of summer in Iceland. It's a national holiday held every year on the first Thursday after April 18th (or the second Thursday after April 11th, depending on who you ask).
