This is one of my first paintings from our June/July Holiday road trip of Central West Queensland. I was a very brave girl, driving this trip all on my own, with the company of my 2 daughters. For my 'overseas friends', this road trip can be very lonely. You're looking at 100 to 300 kilometres (sometimes more!)from town to town, and not much in between.
