Just got back from one of the worst out to dinner experiences ever. Spaghetti alla Fornaia
INGREDIENTS350 gr Spaghetti or bibs50 gr shelled walnutsA bunch of basil4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheeseOlive oilSalt and pepperPREPARATIONFinely chop the walnuts. In a large frying pan put the walnuts, chopped basil and plenty of olive oil, because you have to get a thick cream, pesto type. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and heat.
