Last week I did the Van registration renewed (our teammate got fine because she drove the Van with expired registration) but it was already expired almost two months. Before I did the registration I have to go to the emission service to check the condition of the Van. In my observation personnel check the breaks, lights, horn, etc. I really don't have any idea what to do if the Van's condition doesn't pass the testing.
