No esta mal la info que da.Mi último entreno de spinning antes de las vacaciones de Navidad ha sido genial, en la clase me encontré sólo con el monitor, así que fue una clase diría que de las más duras, no me dejo relajar ni 1 seg, me apretó en todo momento, es lo bueno y malo de estar sólo en la clase, me controlo las RPM de la máquina, las del pulsometro y la resistencia en todo momento.Otra cosa a destacar y muy importante son las nuevas bicis Keiser que son impresionantes la finura el tacto preciso y... read more »

Bueno como cada jueves estamos liados con las clases de spinning, algo totalmente desconocido para mi. Para mi es un buen entreno, no necesitas mucho horario, tampoco recursos raros de ropa ni equitación solo un culotte, camiseta y si tienes las zapatillas con calas mucho mejor.. Una de las cosas que más me gusta es la música de las sesiones al ser de una temática que siempre me ha gustado, me siento a gusto y es un punto más a sumar para hacer esta actividad. read more »
