Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 5-1/2 Questions to Ask Before Producing a Video: The Pagano Video Method I love my business of creating great videos and sound designs for business. It's hard work, and I often put in long days and work well into the night. But I love it, and that's why I do it. It can be frustrating sometimes, however. One of the biggest frustrations is when my client's aren't clear about what they want in a video. Sometimes the only thing they know is that having a video... read more »

More of, “Fer-de-lance.”

Fer-de-lance brushed past Darlene as if she were something he should scrape off his shoe. Feeling her porcine eyes boring into the back of his neck, he cut past the red head and the dark haired woman without glancing at them and made his way past a dozen other tables to the street. His fingers [...] read more »

The holidays were over. I was getting used to writing 2012. I still had many questions regarding the circumstances surrounding the abuse. The one question that stuck out the most was, “Just how did I get into his office in the first place?” As I write this I am still reeling from the answer to this question, and I am not sure if I am ready to heal from it. The pain is still raw and fresh like a stab wound that pierced my artery causing new waves of pain to gush out with every heartbeat. (This is called P... read more »

His eyes followed the beads of water dripping off a nose that reminded him of a doughnut with two holes. A sudden breeze filled his nostrils with the perfume of unwashed underarms and stale blood. He fought his gag reflexes and won. We wont be an item if he insists on being cheep. Fer-de-lance s [...] read more »

Forever More Rasped the Raven

I looked with regret and longing at the path leading towards the meadow, and shook my head. “You might make it there you damn old fool, but you’ll never make it home again.” I clung to my support until I felt there was enough strength in me to walk, then put one shaky foot after [...] read more »

What Is Your Greatest Strength as a Writer, and...

content discovered on Thursday, January 31, 2013

Brits, in general, are fitted with a built-in crap-o-meter that overrides their personal pride and prevents them blowing their own horns too loudly. Yanks, we’re told, have no such inhibitions. So, as a Brit, I’m going against national stereotyping when I decide to tell you how great I am at…well, at anything at all really. But I have to get the ball rolling, if I’m to get any answers to my question. So, here goes: I suppose my greatest strength is my ability to sit down at the keyboard, without an ide... read more »

I'm so, so eager to get back to writing Divided Lands. While getting myself back in the mood of the story, though, I noticed a few things. First of all, Divided Lands is far too general of a title. It's more of the series title. Yep, series title. I'm planning on writing sequels and maybe even turning it into a trilogy...if I can get my paranoid ass around to finishing the first story, that is.As soon as I think of a good enough title and figure out how the hell I'm going to organize the chapters, I'm pu... read more »

June 4th: 3 AM, somewhere on the Pacific Ocean The slow distant thumping of an engine sounding as if it were missing on one cylinder, and the heat lying in layers like a dozen heavy electric blankets turned to their highest setting woke Amy Syun from a fitful sleep. Eyelids opened into slits. Sweat dripping [...] read more »

Assalamualaikum dan Selamat Sejahtera buat pelanggan baru dan tetap kami khususnya, followers, bloggers, warga sahabat FB, pelawat dan pencinta kucing tegar. Rasanya dah lama ZABP tak kemaskini entri terkini, memandangkan kebuntuan, kegersangan dan ketandusan idea, selain masa yang agak singkat untuk kemaskini.
