The older siblings have been having exams, but Bilal really hasn't had much instruction t school this week, except some review. Monday was camping day, and the kids brought books to read, a flashlight and all the ingredients for S'mores. Tuesday was the end of school party, and character dress-up day. On Sunday, Lowry Park Zoo had $6 Zoo Day, which, by the way, is amazing. I say "'happy'" because John left for the whole summer today...for 12 weeks in Nebraska playing drum set for various musicals. It's an amazing opportunity and I know he will have an amazing time, but, I will miss that guy a lot a lot a lot. Already do. Tonight in pointe class I found my groove. I had no fear. I smiled, I remembered the entire routine, I breathed. I made several mistakes with timing, but I kept up.
