Hello Welcome to another episode of Meatless Monday! Today's blog post are Tofu and Vegetable patties. Ingredients: 1 Carrot, Grated Bunch of Spring Onions, Sliced 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed 3cm Piece of Ginger, Grated 400g Block of firm Tofu, drained and crumbled. 2 Eggs, lightly beaten How to make them: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Energie pe-o felie! A, şi o porţie desănătate inclusă, datorită vitaminelor prezente în avocado şi a proteinelor din tofu. Iar despre usturoi nu cred că mai e cazul să dezvolt prea mult ideea... :)) În orice caz, aceste tartine au făcut din micul dejun o masă consistentă şi savuroasă. Che disastro la pioggia di questi giorni, a me personalmente il forte vento ha piegato l'antenna della TV, infatti si vedono solo i canali RAI per ora (non che io la veda molto la TV ma il mio compagno si) ha rovesciato il mio mini limone toscano, per fortuna senza troppi danni, e ha allagato il patio piccolo e l'orto (povere piantine!!) e il mattonato tra il gabiotto e l'orto, nulla di grave comunque poteva andare peggio...il fatto è che questo tempaccio non accenna a smettere...Oggi ancora una sperimen... read more »
