During our stay in the Philippines, we went to a church where our friend is a pastor. After the service, we had a privilege to stay for lunch. Their church prepared lunch because it was our friend's birthday. We had more time to mingle and have fellowship with them. These crispy little cookies are one of the small pleasures my husband and I have enjoyed on our scuba diving trips to Bonaire.
