Hello Welcome to another episode of Meatless Monday! Today's blog post are Tofu and Vegetable patties. Ingredients: 1 Carrot, Grated Bunch of Spring Onions, Sliced 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed 3cm Piece of Ginger, Grated 400g Block of firm Tofu, drained and crumbled. 2 Eggs, lightly beaten How to make them: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
