Spoke a little too soon the other day about not really feeling the effects of jet lag yet! Seeing as I feel asleep 15 minutes into a 7:00 movie yesterday, Id say Im still adjusting back to the time difference. On top of that Im still not 100% better from the elevation sickness/stomach bug I [...] read more »
Kids love animation movies and I like watching animation too. Dallas and I are excited to watch this movie, Monster University. That title could refer to two different things. The feeling of returning home after a long three weeks abroad, sleeping in your bed for the first time in a while, and being surrounded by simple comforts again OR being immersed in a completely different society, with new and exciting surprises around every corner, amazingly warm [...] read more »

I didn't take a million photos at Rebecca's graduation party because I was fortunate to have some of my friends there as well (Allison even came from Tallahassee, it was great). Buuuuut. I did take about a million on the day of her actual graduation. So I decided to split up the graduation posts. Here are some snaps from the party. ^ Gaby and Jonathan, who is apparently camera shy? Ridiculous ^ ^ Abby Rae, best friends from out of town ^ ^ my girls, minus Rachel ^ xx read more »
Mom and I spent Memorial Day at the beach with my best friends (minus Rachel, who just got home from LA). We had mimosas (early birthday celebration?), swam, and relaxed. It was so hot and crowded but soo fun. And in the evening, we went to see The Great Gatsby (so good!!) When we got home from the beach in the afternoon though, I was sitting on the patio and I noticed that my next door neighbors were outside playing in their backyard with their dad...their dad, who has been to Afghanistan twice, has t... read more »
Cotton On dress Dr Martins boots Jack Wills tote Hello lovelies! I have been very inspired with the 50s swing/round/umbrella dress shape lately and I have been looking high and low for those knee/ankle length dresses! If you know where I can get them in Hong Kong, let me know please. p.s. Prince Edward at night is fab for drinks and chilling at the "Bar Street" as the locals call it. Plus that area (Garden Street etc.) during the day is equally good for thrifty/cheap shopping! So go if you're ever ... read more »
