Life was good in the 80s!Yesterday I wrote about my many streams of income. That is what makes life brighter for me now. Our economy is bad and life as I knew it in the 70s 80s, is a far distance memory. But I am not one to sit still and whine about it. It makes me work on my streams of income and try to make them more productive. I also research and study new projects to add to the ones I already have. When one is producing, add another one or do something else.

I saved up all of my money and bought a Keurig Mini. As a lazy, pressed-for time coffee drinker (who also happens to be the only coffee drinker in my household), it was the best purchase of my life. On the last day of October, our company had its annual "Halloween Trick or Treat." Yup, this is the day where the employees can bring their children dressed in costume in the office and enjoy the "Trick or Treat."
Aside from the children's "Trick or Treat" and the best in costume contest for the kids, we even had the so-called 'Decorate Your Area" contest. This is a team competition of the best dressed area. The theme or motif is up for the team.

So Trial season is upon us, out west, we don't see many (if any) sheepherding trials in the summertime due to our hot weather, so once fall hits, we start to see more sheepherding trials. It's looking like November 2 trials, one approx 400 miles away, the other just over 200. (one way... ) December, we'll have 2 more, in the beginning and the end of December.
