Happy 3-day weekend, you guys! I have been counting down to this weekend since our Christmas vacation. There's just something so nice about having an extra day attached to the weekend. Our company has recently joined the 10,000 steps per day challenge, a great leap towards focusing on employees’ health. One of our super fast go-to snacks or even breakfast. A quick, easy and simple egg spread sandwich that me and my family enjoy. I know it's a no-brainer recipe but i haven't yet met anyone who uses this same method. I hope it will give someone another variety to add in their snack/meal time. You will need: 100% whole wheat sliced bread (preferred) plain or toasted 1 pc hard boiled egg (peeled) 2 tbspful mayonnaise (adjust to your liking) Mashthe egg using a fork. Throwin the mayo.
