Hi everyone and happy Labour Day!I think I have a nail polish addiction, because I don't like very much metallics (we're talking about them, today!), BUT I have dozens of them. Seriously. I don't like them because their own effect shows up only when you use the magnet (and there's a magnet for every formula)... and it seems to me like a vasting time. I thought it would be great if I took my most recent canvas (from Lee Needle Arts) [...]

OK Fashionistas, I am appalled at the fact that (1) this is a trend and (2) that this is a trend.
I knew that this was worth writing about because I heard about it twice in the same day within 4 hours of each other from 2 completely different people that don't even know each other.
Apparently, women are not only growing out their armpit hair, but they are DYING IT! And no, they aren't dying it just to get rid of some grey hair here and there, but they're dying them some of the most crazy colors known... read more »

Mayor's Office - Stage OneOur painting location on this daywas in the middle ofthetown square in Isabel II, Vieques, Puerto Rico. It was sunny and 82 degrees with a gentle breeze. Ahhh, yes! The big old trees in the plaza cast pretty blue shadows on the pinkish concrete pathways. Most of the buildings were stucco in pastel colors and just as pretty as can be. This trip truly was a dream come true.

Stage OneYes that beach chair was mine.We had just discovered a sandy path to the shore in the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. At the end of the road was a deserted beach anda covered gazebo (good for sheltering during the two passing tropical showers we had). The conditions weren't as perfect as the first two Vieques paint-outs, but I'll take a quick shot of wind and rain with 82 degrees over anything New England has dished out in the past six months!
